  1. Select Products & Quantities: Choose your preferred party themes, balloon shapes, and quantities. Click "Add to cart" or adjust quantities directly using our quick counter.
  2. Review Your Cart Drawer: Click the cart icon anytime to review items, edit quantities, or remove products instantly without leaving your page.
  3. Enter Shipping Address & Select Delivery: Provide your Canadian shipping address. Orders of $75 CAD or more automatically receive Free Canada-wide Standard Delivery.
  4. Secure Payment & Instant Confirmation: Choose your preferred payment method. Once confirmed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with a PDF tax receipt.

4. Modifying or Cancelling an Order

We pride ourselves on speedy order dispatch (within 1-2 business days). Because orders are quickly transferred to our packing queue:

2-Hour Grace Period: If you need to change your shipping address, add items, or cancel an order, please email team@partysupplycanada.com within 2 hours of placing the order with your Order ID in the subject line.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been picked up by Canada Post / UPS, it cannot be intercepted. You may, however, request a standard return upon delivery.
